Required Qualifications:

• Programming skills (Python required, plus other programming languages you excel in)

• Professional or research experience in natural language processing, image processing, machine learning, AI applications (or practical experience/expertise in other specialized fields) We're looking for candidates with experience and skills such as: Ability to understand implementation methods and recreate them independently by reading official GitHub repositories in your area of expertise

• Strong desire to learn and stay current with the latest technologies

• Basic English conversation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in making client proposals

• Project management experience at consulting firms

• Experience in BtoB system development

• Project management experience in AI projects

• Experience in reading and implementing deep learning research papers

• Experience working in team development environments

Compensation & Benefits:

• Work Locations: Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto and Minato-ku, Tokyo

• Compensation Type: Monthly salary

• Monthly Salary: Starting from 600,000 yen/month For experienced candidates only. Final amount determined based on experience and track record

• Fixed overtime allowance (overtime + late night) covers 30 hours of overtime work and is paid regardless of actual overtime worked. Any overtime exceeding 30 hours will be paid separately.

• Allowances: Commuting expenses (no upper limit)

• Working Hours: Flextime system (8 working hours per day)

Core hours | 11:00-14:00

Standard hours | 10:00-19:00 Break time: 60 minutes Average overtime: 20 hours

• Holidays: Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) [122 holidays per year] Based on FY2022
